Meet the Experts in 2021

We’re working hard on our plans for Meet the Experts in 2021 and hope to share more details with you soon. The date for the 2021 event will be confirmed in due course and tickets will be available via our website and social media channels.

About Meet the Experts

The build-up to Marathon Day may seem a little daunting, which is why we hold Meet the Experts, our annual Virgin Money London Marathon training day, held at Central Hall in Westminster, London.

It’s the place to get all the expert advice, insight and tips you need to help you succeed and make sure you’re ready to take on the world’s greatest marathon. We’ll cover essential topics such as training, nutrition, running gait, fundraising and much more.

The half-day event is free to attend for participants with charity places and just £20 for everyone else.

The packed programme includes presentations by leading industry experts, followed by question-and-answer sessions where you can ask our panel anything you like, such as: how far should I be running in training? What should I eat and when? What happens on the big day? Whether youre a new or experienced runner, if you have a query, our experts will try to answer it!
