For many runners, especially marathon first-timers, the run up to the Virgin Money London Marathon can mean the start of sleepless nights worrying: What if I get injured? What should I wear? How far should I have run before the big day? What should I eat and drink?
If this sounds like you, then our Meet the Experts day will be the perfect opportunity to discuss your race preparation with some of the leading authorities in the world of distance running. The 2018 Meet the Experts event took place at Central Hall Westminster on Saturday 3 February and for the first time in Manchester at the Virgin Money Lounge on Tuesday 6 February.
