Our Meet the Experts day is a chance to meet our expert panel to get the latest training and nutrition advice in a mixture of talks and workshops.
This event, for both new and experienced runners, is a great opportunity to get the best advice possible to help you prepare for your marathon.
New Balance will also be offering exclusive discounts on performance footwear.

What happens on Race Day?
Geoff Wightman, a former marathon runner who competed at the Commonwealth Games and European Championships, has been the Virgin Money London Marathon announcer for more than 25 years. Geoff will talk you through the steps to take and pitfalls to avoid to make sure you have a great Race Day.
Official Virgin Money London Marathon coach Martin Yelling will be offering you lots of helpful training tips, advice and reassurance to make sure you arrive at the Start Line feeling fit, raring to go and ready to take on your 26.2-mile challenge.
Don’t miss marathon fueling advice from sports scientist and nutrition specialist Dr Rebecca Randell for top tips on what to eat before a run, how to speed up post-run recovery and perform to your full potential.
Running Free of Injuries
Leading sports physiotherapist Paul Hobrough, author of Running Free of Injuries and The Runner's Expert Guide to Stretching, will be providing lots of helpful information on how to avoid injury during training through exercise and how to treat those common niggles.
Known as the marathon man, Haroon Mota is a fundraising expert who has raised thousands while taking part in six Virgin Money London Marathons since 2012. Now as a professional fundraiser he works with groups and individuals every day, coaching them to raise funds for good causes.
