For many runners, especially marathon first-timers, the run up to the Virgin Money London Marathon can mean the start of sleepless nights worrying: What if I get injured? What should I wear? How far should I have run before the big day? What should I eat and drink?
If this sounds like you, then our Meet the Experts day will be the perfect opportunity to discuss your race preparation with some of the leading authorities in the world of distance running. With plenty of fun and inspiration thrown in too, there's nothing better to help prepare you for the 2018 Virgin Money London Marathon.
WHEN: Saturday 3 February 2018
WHERE: Central Hall Westminster, London SW1H 9NH
TIME: Doors will open at 09:30 with the first talk commencing at 11:00 and the event ending at 17:00. There will be expert speakers throughout the day with exclusive Q&A sessions and New Balance shopping opportunities during the interval, plus lots more!

Ben Smith ran 401 marathons in 401 days, to raise money for Stonewall and Kidscape. His inspiring story of coming out and overcoming bullying captured the nation and he raised in excess of £325,000. He went on to speak about bullying at the UN and received the Helen Rollason award at the BBC’s Sport Personality of the Year Awards in December 2016
