We've partnered the London Marathon for over a decade, so we've learnt a lot about what it takes to survive the 26.2 miles.

One of the most common mistakes runners make is going out too fast. With adrenalin pumping it is easy to get swept up in the atmosphere and go out too fast. But putting the speed on in the beginning will only wear you out and stop you finishing strong.

That’s why we’ve developed our pace band to help you run at an even speed and keep enough in the tank for a great finish.
